Joining a sport you love or trying out for a sport you are interested in, is important because you can build friendships with others around you and create a special bonds. If you're thinking about committing to a sport or trying it out, goal setting comes into play. Goal setting is very important in sports in many ways. There are different steps to creating a goals and achieving them. You must have a growth mindset throughout your sport season. Any sport can show kindness and hardship while you're playing. It can help you develop leadership and really touch base with working extremely well with others. Even if someone is depressed, (most kids) just go to there sport. It helps your mind get of track of things for a while. Sports have been around for a long time now and since then health rates have gone up the lack of exercise has gone down.
